The documentation required to apply for energy certification includes copies of the site plan, urban building booklet, conservatory registration certificate and space technical file (information about materials or about the HVAC equipment).

Those who do not comply with this type of certification are subject to fines of up to 3740 €. In the case of companies, the penalty may go up to 44890 €.
