This option is subject to approval by the owner. The property will remain available for purchase as long as there is no formal acceptance of the proposal and subsequent formalization of the reservation.
How does the Zome NOW tool work?
• Step 1:When selecting one of the options - reservation or proposal - you will have access to a form that must be filled in with your personal data.
• Step 2: An SMS code will be sent to your mobile phone number to validate the authenticity of the proposal or reservation, avoiding the misuse of the tool and reinforcing your security (the entire process complies with the rules of the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data).
• Step 3: After this step your data will be collected. If you need to use credit, the “Financial Statement” will be drawn up and a meeting with a Zome Credit Intermediary will also be scheduled.
• Step 4:In the case of booking, the property is considered to be reserved after the deposit of the amount of € 2,500. The next step is the signing of the CPCV and the Deed, which are processes that you do not have to worry about, as they are handled by Zome Consultants.
• Step 5: If you make a proposal, it will be subject to the owner's approval: with the proposal accepted, the usual bureaucratic processes (CPCV and Deed) are followed; with a rejected proposal, you can make a counter proposal and wait for the decision.
