The “Mirage Gstaad” is an outdoor sculpture installation specific to the artist Doug Aitken. Located in the Swiss Alps, its doors are open to visitors who can freely explore the project. It will be open until January 2021 and access is absolutely FREE!

The tiredness of work, chaos, traffic, all the tiring experiences of our daily lives are forgotten when we get here. The feeling of peace, tranquility and lightness is what is needed to recharge your energy!

Both outside and inside the pavilion is mirrored, creating a kaleidoscope effectl.

From sunrise to sunset, the change in light and the weather are reflected on the pavilion's surface. At night, the interior lights shine through faceted window shapes cut on the sides.

TIP: To get to the place you must wear comfortable shoes and appropriate seasonal attire. Visitors can walk from Schönried Train Station, depending on weather conditions, or even from the recently reinstated Grüben train station, which is a little closer.

An incredible experience that you can do with your family! Enjoy!
