Capanna Margherita is the tallest hotel in Europe. It is located 4,554 meters high on one of the highest peaks of the Monte Rosa massif, which is between Switzerland and Italy.

This refuge has a total of 70 beds distributed in bunk rooms with bar, restaurant and shared bathroom facilities. Despite the height, it also has internet and a library.

This hotel is only open in summer. The price per night is 100 euros for half board and 70 euros for bed and breakfast only.
