The city of Braga registered the highest score in the country in the fields of education, health services and employment and the labor market in a national study on quality of life in Portuguese cities.
In the global assessment of 10 vectors, the capital of Minho guaranteed the second place, next to Leiria and below Viseu.
The culture, sport and leisure sector and the housing market also contribute to the affirmation of Braga as the second city with the highest quality of life.
Conducted by Deco Proteste - Consumer Protection, the study results from a survey of 3500 citizens residing in the cities of Aveiro, Braga, Castelo Branco, Coimbra, Évora, Faro, Leiria, Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal, Viana do Castelo and Viseu.
